Our team have been involved in various industries including, health, agriculture, telecommunications, and local government, and have experience and a wealth of knowledge in technology, project processes and people/stakeholder management, however we are not limited by this.
Resolution8 exists to deliver business results for our customers through strategic understanding of your technology, providing you a clear view of your business through data, helping to scope, define, plan, and execute strategic projects and supplementing your team as you need it.
We recognise that an appropriately utilised IT investment can be a key enabler or point of differentiation for our customers, but it is only a part of any successful business and project – understanding your business and vision is the key to delivering real value. Specialising in collaborating with and helping subject matter experts and industry leaders, we build and deliver on our client's opportunities by helping them understand the problems they wish to solve, identify and quantify the benefits they want to attain, and create strategies, solutions, projects or programmes of work that will deliver the outcomes necessary to enable their business to realise those benefits.

- Business Support - driving good process for projects, businesses and change and then supplementing your teams to allow you to grow and deliver
