OUR TEAM.

PETER GILBERT.
director.
Picture
Whilst each industry is unique, change management, good project practice and soft skills are not.  Pragmatic application of our guidelines, always using a wide repertoire of soft skills and drawing in subject matter experts will produce results.  19 years' experience in the IT industry in teams and leading teams (nine years) as a software delivery manager, senior project manager and account manager has given Peter the broad exposure necessary to know how teams should work and what makes a project a success.

“My vision for Resolution8 is to gather a team of professionals that are passionate about the art of project outcome delivery and can add this to the unique capabilities and visions of our partners to help them achieve their goals.”
His industry experience has afforded Peter a clear view of how-to and not-to engage service companies, a strong sense of scale, scope and risk, and an acute awareness of business requirements and technical capabilities.

“I strongly believe there are opportunities being lost and issues created in organisations because they are not realising the value of vision, scope and clear lines of engagement in creating successful projects and operational relationships.”
Peter has delivered a wide variety of projects in many different industries including:
  • Health
  • Banking
  • Dairy
  • Telecommunications
  • Local Government
  • Retail
  • Asset management
