In the Dark Ages (pre the birth of the internet) Sally started a role as an Engineering Cadet and was sent out into the world to survey roads, bridges, infrastructure and learn the art and science of project management ‘hands on’. Fast forward to today, she strives to deliver excellent outcomes for customers, colleagues, friends and family. Somewhere along the way Sally acquired a couple of degrees and a real passion for using curiosity as a superpower to understand what excellent looks like from other perspectives. Sasha has worked across several industries, from energy, to dairy, to health and now with Resolution8 in local government and other areas. Her background working with people and systems, along with her attention to detail set her up well in her project management and analyst roles.

Hilary joined our team at the start of 2024, she brings a breadth of experience to her role as a project manager. Having operated her own businesses, managed other businesses, supported software solutions, wrangled politicians and managed customers over the last 15 years she brings a knowledge base and experience-level that will allow her to adapt to the varied world of IT and IT adjacent Project Management.
Like all of our project managers Hliary uses and operates in the Resolution8 project delivery team methodology and approach and leveraging PRINCE2.
Hilary's background in analysis and economic analysis will help any client looking for a project manager that has a good sense of what it takes to run a business and understands costs and returns needed from their projects.

Louise has worked in the information sector for nearly 20 years as a leader running large corporate systems and managing projects in the public sector. She has experience of the work required from planning, to building, to running an ICT environment.
Louise can help you improve team and project performance, update your strategy and align it to a new work programme, assist with the selection of a new piece of software and vendor negotiations. She can also help write business cases, update your board reporting on risks and security issues, and upskill your team with training and templates.

Nicole joined us having run all aspects of her own business for more than 23 years, she brings this experience to Resolution8 and our clients. She is a hair dressing assessor for Te Pukenga shaping the careers of future hairdressers. Along with her down-to-earth approach, detailed note taking, and persistence ensure she gets the job done. Nicole is currently working across several internal and client projects in the local government and dairy sectors, Nicole is enjoying these new challenges and managing them with aplomb.

Megan joins us with a broad working history, this context gives her the context in the different projects she finds herself. With in-depth knowledge of the local government sector, she is well suited to unpacking how things work and finding better ways to do them, through process change or IT solutions or both.
Her ability to pick up different business processes enhances her ability to understand dashboard and business intelligence requirements. Her PowerBI abilities have been leveraged by the Resolution8 and our projects to get insight into delivery and risk profiles. These combined skills will ensure she comes to an understanding of your needs before you launch into the investment of business intelligence solutions and dashboards / reporting.

Tony Knows data, databases, business and technology. He has been working in the technology sector for 25+ years. He's built businesses, delivered solutions across different sectors and driven change. His knowledge of database is unparalleled in our team and as such he anchors much of our data and innovation team business intelligence deliverables - combining his experience in business with data warehousing. If it is health, diary, local government or education sectors, Tony will have experience to draw from.
In his time across various organisations Tony dealt with Oracle Y2k at Treasury in Victoria, implemented ERPs in various organisation and designed and developed data warehouses in the dairy, health and education sectors. Using his passion for flying, Tony has also flown commercially for Westpac Air Ambulance and continues to fly in his spare time.

Paul is an accomplished software engineer and architect. Through his various development in team lead, technical lead and advisory roles he has kept abreast of continuing and emerging technology’s in the ICT sector. Paul’s software designs are award winning, both in the technical sense and business value. His ongoing involvement in software development and design makes his advice and direction on solution structure all the more reliable. This hands-on awareness of how a technology works (or doesn’t) in different situations means you can be confident in the directions he provides. Paul has a long history with the Resolution8 team in his various roles and in all situations has proven to provide a sound understanding of underlying technical challenges which are often unobserved by others.

David is a highly experienced enterprise and solution architect with an extensive software development background across industry and technology boundaries. He has extensive experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Over the last six years, David has advised organisations on Cloud strategy, both in terms of understanding how to leverage Cloud technology to deliver business value and best approaches to design and delivery. He has particularly gained in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and the tools it provides to create secure application programming interfaces (APIs). David also worked for Microsoft Corporation for 5 years in the Patterns and Practices Group, creating frameworks and platforms for the Microsoft .Net platform.

Chad has been defining and delivering business change throughout New Zealand for 23+ years. From forestry to food production to agriculture to IT infrastructure to local government and more, Chad has the knowledge and ability to understand client needs, define and document them and support their delivery. Throughout his career, Chad has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead and contribute to impactful initiatives and outcomes. His proficiency spans the spectrum of process and business analysis, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions and stakeholder engagement.

Diane knows the health sector, inside and out. With extensive experience working in the system and then working outside the same system she brings a unique and rounded view of the sector. Occupying leadership roles in Waikato DHB, driving Oral health change and introducing new systems and processes, Diane can quickly understand health system processes and find solutions.
More recently she established a private Oral Health company and so has first hand experience working for the centralised health services and balancing that against business and patient delivery.
Diane is supporting us in understanding key a health project and setting out better ways to deliver services and structure IT.
