This includes understanding the nature of the relationship being struck, each partner’s expectations for the relationship, providing feedback to each other, openness, honesty, investment in the relationship and activities of the engagement (from both sides), celebrating wins, facing up to failures and communication, communication, communication. These same principles apply to Resolution8’s engagements with staff.

Clarity of all engagements. No engagement with a client should go forward until the terms of the engagement are understood by both Resolution8 and the client. What are we doing for them? How are we doing the work? Who are we working with? What processes of theirs do we need to comply with? How will projects work? What reporting will we do? How do change requests work? Relevant and reasoned expressions of our experience. We bring our collective experience and, where appropriate, this shared experience will be applied to everyone's deliverables for our clients.
