PARTNERSHIP
WITH CLIENTS. AND STAFF. When Resolution8 engages with a client, we will view this as a long term partnership. This includes understanding the nature of the relationship being struck, each partner’s expectations for the relationship, providing feedback to each other, openness, honesty, investment in the relationship and activities of the engagement (from both sides), celebrating wins, facing up to failures and communication, communication, communication. These same principles apply to Resolution8’s engagements with staff.
Resolution8 will always look to structure our engagement with clients as a win-win-win – the client wins, our staff win and Resolution8 wins. OPEN MINDS.
Not afraid to learn or challenge Resolution8 staff will bring their experience and mind to every job and see every engagement as a chance to learn.
Our clients are smart people often dealing with a range of challenges of which we can learn from when in scope. Where appropriate we will look to challenge mind-sets and the accepted wisdom of the situation we are working through. |
WHO, WHAT
AND WHEN. Clarity of all engagements. No engagement with a client should go forward until the terms of the engagement are understood by both Resolution8 and the client. What are we doing for them? How are we doing the work? Who are we working with? What processes of theirs do we need to comply with? How will projects work? What reporting will we do? How do change requests work? Who do we report to for change control and escalation paths? Reference Resolution8 project approach guidelines.
EXPERIENCE.
Relevant and reasoned expressions of our experience. We bring our collective experience and, where appropriate, this shared experience will be applied to everyone's deliverables for our clients.
QUALITY, DEADLINES
AND DELIVERY. Thinking focused on quality, driving guidelines, and ensuring delivery. The wellspring of quality is talented, smart, creative people combined with clear guidelines.
|
Guidelines help start the process, can be used to drive the activity, and provide a stage gate to outputs – making sure nothing is missed. Delivery is a mind-set, a determination, shared by both the client and Resolution8. Both parties should always be thinking about achieving the benefits of the solution they are developing.
GIVE TIME.
Opportunities to impart our knowledge to the community will be grabbed and given at no cost. Opportunities to add to our local community and benefit those without our advantages will be acted on as our resources allow.
AUTONOMY AND GUIDANCE.
Autonomy is great when you have an idea of what you are doing, while guidelines provide those ideas a starting point and structures to start developing those ideas.
CULTURE.
A culture that actively pursues all these ideas.
We do what we say we do. |
