Clare has spent 20 years within the technology industry working as a programme lead, senior business analyst, product manager, project manager, software designer and software developer. This has given Clare significant insight into the realities of project initiation, design, development and delivery and she has been able to develop a practical understanding of the essential capabilities required in order to successfully deliver them. Clare led large project analysis teams across complex design and development projects, where she was highly regarded and valued by her team, colleagues and clients. Clare has been involved in a wide variety of projects in many different industries including health, dairy, power and media. She has ‘sat on both sides of the fence’ as both a client and a software vendor and has had exposure working with small, medium and large-scale organisations, within executive, senior management and project management teams. This breadth of experience and ever-increasing range of responsibilities has enabled Clare to develop a strong sense of business drivers along with the importance of clear goals and objectives that are balanced against project scope and risk. Her extensive experience as a business analyst led Clare to develop an acute awareness of stakeholder engagement, business requirements, process analysis and technical capabilities. DAVID TRIMBLE.
David is a highly experienced enterprise and solution architect with an extensive software development background across industry and technology boundaries. He has extensive experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Over the last six years, David has advised organisations on Cloud strategy, both in terms of understanding how to leverage Cloud technology to deliver business value and best approaches to design and delivery. He has particularly gained in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and the tools it provides to create secure application programming interfaces (APIs). David also worked for Microsoft Corporation for 5 years in the Patterns and Practices Group, creating frameworks and platforms for the Microsoft .Net platform.
TONY PHILLIP.
Tony is a broadly experienced business analyst with over 13 years in the industry. He has experience in implementing multiple projects across a large range of businesses including councils, health, utilities, dairy and meat industries. These projects included pure system replacements as well as full business transformation. He is passionate about the value that good business analysis adds to projects; tempering analysis purism against a pragmatic approach to resulting in the end goal that his clients need. His experience and training in testing and training strategy has been put to good use and has helped broaden his vision of tasks required to deliver the projects in front of him. He has run teams and lead different software development methodologies. Tony’s knowledge base covers all stages of an IS project including; initiation, requirements, design, testing and delivery. He has proven experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
PAUL VAN EYK.
Paul is an accomplished software engineer and architect. Through his various development in team lead, technical lead and advisory roles he has kept abreast of continuing and emerging technology’s in the ICT sector. Paul’s software designs are award winning, both in the technical sense and business value. His ongoing involvement in software development and design makes his advice and direction on solution structure all the more reliable. This hands-on awareness of how a technology works (or doesn’t) in different situations means you can be confident in the directions he provides. Paul has a long history with the Resolution8 team in his various roles and in all situations has proven to provide a sound understanding of underlying technical challenges which are often unobserved by others.

Simon is a smart and highly skilled developer. He is a quick learner who is always finding ways to up-skill, setting high standards for his work. He has worked across various industries around Hamilton, including dairy, security, and health. A broad skill set sees Simon being involved through the software development life cycle, enabling Resolution8 to support internal resources and projects where the end goal is internally owned support. Megan joined the team to drive good process and operational management at Resolution8, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. Her previous experience in customer support, project administration and introducing change around the Waikato has been utilised internally and by our clients. She is great communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a range of personality types. This ensures the projects she is part of are delivered with the greatest level of acceptance from stakeholders.

Trina has more than 20 years’ experience in project and service manager roles, being highly effective at defining and implementing business changes, creating excellent professional relationships, contributing, and liaising effectively at any organisational level to refine and enhance business processes. Trina is an articulate communicator who facilitates understanding at any organisational level, incisively researches where required, analyses and interprets complex issues and applies sound project management methodology. She is a strategic and analytical thinker who sees opportunities and risks early, is logical, systems minded and effective decision maker and applies honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all matters she is involved with.
CHRIS WISHART.
Chris is an excellent business analyst with in-depth experience across many sectors and business areas. Her keen mind allows her to understand business problems, document them and work with stakeholders to create new pathways and better ways of working. Most recently Chris completed an audit of a software implementation project; quickly coming up to speed on the solution, understanding the business area and their challenges and producing a report with recommendations for future projects - improving delivery. Chris' experience adds to any project she is part of and will help ensure our clients get the outcomes they are driving for.
