Pragmatic application of our guidelines, always using a wide repertoire of soft skills and drawing in subject matter experts will produce results. 19 years' experience in the IT industry in teams and leading teams (nine years) as a software delivery manager, senior project manager and account manager has given Peter the broad exposure necessary to know how teams should work and what makes a project a success.

Vivek has long and varied history of delivery and working across sectors. Roles from solution development, commercial development and start-ups, Vivek adds a great deal of experience and knowledge to the team as well as an insatiable thirst for understanding the technical.
Vivek holds a masters degree in strategic management and post graduate diplomas and bachelors in IT and business studies.
When engaging with clients Vivek is able to bring all of his business and technical understanding to the table - unpacking the business need and visualising the technical requirements to match.

Clare has spent 20 years within the technology industry working as a programme lead, senior business analyst, product manager, project manager, software designer and software developer. This has given Clare significant insight into the realities of project initiation, design, development and delivery and she has been able to develop a practical understanding of the essential capabilities required in order to successfully deliver them. Clare led large project analysis teams across complex design and development projects, where she was highly regarded and valued by her team, colleagues and clients.
Clare has been involved in a wide variety of projects in many different industries including health, dairy, power and media. She has ‘sat on both sides of the fence’ as both a client and a software vendor and has had exposure working with small, medium and large-scale organisations, within executive, senior management and project management teams. This breadth of experience and ever-increasing range of responsibilities has enabled Clare to develop a strong sense of business drivers along with the importance of clear goals and objectives that are balanced against project scope and risk. Her extensive experience as a business analyst led Clare to develop an acute awareness of stakeholder engagement, business requirements, process analysis and technical capabilities. Clare knows what makes a good project foundation, team, design approach and how to deliver successfully.

In the Dark Ages (pre the birth of the internet) Sally started a role as an Engineering Cadet and was sent out into the world to survey roads, bridges, infrastructure and learn the art and science of project management ‘hands on’.
Fast forward to today, and she spend every day doing my best to deliver excellent outcomes for customers, colleagues, friends and family. Somewhere along the way Sally acquired a couple of degrees and a real passion for using curiosity as a superpower to understand what excellent looks like from other perspectives.

Sally is now the Senior Delivery Manager at Resolution8 – a solutions company that specialises in combining its capabilities with those of its customers to build benefit pathways to successful outcomes. As the company’s wide-focus expert, having worked across many industries, she assists and works on mentoring our upcoming talent, thriving in the ‘deep end’ of complex projects and programmes, and working with a portfolio view of our customers’ needs to accomplish outcomes that we like to leave with the customer. Sally is inspired by the power of IT to unlock business capability.
Between her experience in projects, enterprise risk, start ups and senior management, and her healthy obsession with Baroque music performance, Sally considers herself to be a radical generalist, ready to meet challenges with a smile.

Paul is an accomplished software engineer and architect. Through his various development in team lead, technical lead and advisory roles he has kept abreast of continuing and emerging technology’s in the ICT sector. Paul’s software designs are award winning, both in the technical sense and business value.
His ongoing involvement in software development and design makes his advice and direction on solution structure all the more reliable. This hands-on awareness of how a technology works (or doesn’t) in different situations means you can be confident in the directions he provides.
Paul has a long history with the Resolution8 team in his various roles and in all situations has proven to provide a sound understanding of underlying technical challenges which are often unobserved by others.

Lesley will have you organised, sorted and cleaned in no time flat. A key part of any project or business is ensuring tasks are done, people turn up and have what they need when they need it - Lesley ensures that we have this in spades.
A broad working background and agile mind mean Lesley is able to assimilate, understand and improve processes as she goes.
Lesley's work background has included property management, account manage. and credit control. Everywhere she's gone she has optimised and improved how things are done.
Lesley currently support multiple clients and projects, ensuring things get done.
Trina has more than 20 years’ experience in project and service manager roles, being highly effective at defining and implementing business changes, creating excellent professional relationships, contributing, and liaising effectively at any organisational level to refine and enhance business processes.
Trina is an articulate communicator who facilitates understanding at any organisational level, incisively researches where required, analyses and interprets complex issues and applies sound project management methodology. She is a strategic and analytical thinker who sees opportunities and risks early, is logical, systems minded and effective decision maker and applies honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all matters she is involved with.
David is a highly experienced enterprise and solution architect with an extensive software development background across industry and technology boundaries. He has extensive experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Over the last six years, David has advised organisations on Cloud strategy, both in terms of understanding how to leverage Cloud technology to deliver business value and best approaches to design and delivery. He has particularly gained in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and the tools it provides to create secure application programming interfaces (APIs).
David also worked for Microsoft Corporation for 5 years in the Patterns and Practices Group, creating frameworks and platforms for the Microsoft .Net platform.
Rochelle’s experience in administration and organisation management makes her the ideal person to drive the Resolution8 team forward and ensure the team can focus on their core competencies.

Megan joins us with a broad working history, this context gives her the context in the different projects she finds herself. With in-depth knowledge of the local government sector, she is well suited to unpacking how things work and finding better ways to do them, through process change or IT solutions or both.
Her ability to pick up different business processes enhances her ability to understand dashboard and business intelligence requirements. Her PowerBI abilities have been leveraged by the Resolution8 and our projects to get insight into delivery and risk profiles. These combined skills will ensure she comes to an understanding of your needs before you launch into the investment of business intelligence solutions and dashboards / reporting.

Sasha has worked across several industries, from energy, to dairy, to health and now with Resolution8 in local government and other areas. Her background working with people and systems, along with her attention to detail set her up well in her project management and analyst roles.
Applying both a keen insight into dynamics of a group, how to get a solution in place and strong background in people Sasha works out what needs to be done and drives her teams to get it done.
We know you'll enjoy working with Sasha's positive attitude contrasting against her ability to spy out risks to delivery.
Nicole joined us having run all aspects of her own business for more than 23 years, she brings this experience to Resolution8 and our clients. She is a hair dressing assessor for Te Pukenga shaping the careers of future hairdressers. Along with her down-to-earth approach, detailed note taking, and persistence ensure she gets the job done.
Nicole is currently working across several internal and client projects in the local government and dairy sectors, Nicole is enjoying these new challenges and managing them with aplomb.
Amber has a background in social media management, business development, sales coordination, team leadership and project management across tertiary and commercial organisations throughout the Waikato has set a foundation for quick assimilation of business expectations. Throughout these roles she developed skills in process mapping, project management, project administration and communications. Amber founded a virtual assistant company which drew on all these skills to help companies drive profits and performance, this included developing websites for some clients.
More recently Amber has been supporting recruitment and people and culture as team lead and coordinator include; Career development, Workshop facilitation, Recruitment planning, Market research and planning, Team leadership, project management, recruitment of staff, account management, event management, exhibition management, annual KPI planning, internal and external communications, presenting and public speaking, administration of various it systems, creating employment agreements, coaching staff on hr processes, assisting business partners with creating official letters and documentation to support employee and onboard.
