Our pricing reflects the tiers described above; you can choose to move between the different bands to suit the situation you’re in. The services are billed monthly, around the three tiers and then sized to your organisation; 5-25 staff, 26-100 staff, 100+ staff. You can sign up for a 3-month term or 12-month term which will lock in a discount on the monthly fee.

- Weekly reviews with project teams and sponsors supported by weekly reports as a subset of monthly reports
- Proactive risk management and mitigation to address potential risks to the success and benefit realisation of multiple projects
Gold - Comprehensive PMO – We take you to the final step of a mature and high-functioning PMO. The Bronze and Silver offerings plus:
- Tailored governance to deliver project assurance and support your own project governance work. We have frameworks and Terms of References for everything from Project/Programme, to expert advisory groups, to steering groups, to Data governance. We will tailor these to your organisation’s needs
- Executive level reporting as appropriate to provide detailed insights into the project portfolio at a cadence that matches executive or board requirements, this includes specific risk investigations around projects / programmes
- Access to our Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, Project Administrators and Coordinators at a 7.5% discount on their typical hourly rate for any quoted work
