Our service comes in three bands, with different services included:
Bronze: We'll get your current technology and vendors in shape and running well and keep it that way
Silver: We'll help you start to leverage what you have, creating new opportunities and return on your investment
Gold: Let's get strategic, we'll set your technology plan and cyber security with you and then drive it
Our pricing reflects the tiers described above; you can choose to move between the different bands to suit the situation you’re in. The services are billed monthly, around the three tiers and then sized to your organisation; 5-25 staff, 26-100 staff, 100+ staff. You can sign up for a 3-month term or 12-month term which will lock in a discount on the monthly fee.
Bronze: We'll get your current technology and vendors in shape and running well and keep it that way

- Identify, track and review technology risks and issues
- Create monthly Board report pack on technology (including performance, spend, risks, cyber security, opportunities)

- Consultation on business decisions relating to Information Communications and Technology
- 5% discount on standard rate for other R8 capabilities

- Create IT strategic plan
- Quarterly review and revisions of strategic plan
- Yearly cyber security audit
- 7.5% discount on standard rate for other R8 capabilities
